How to fill this form the easy way

You do not have to type everything: upload each person’s passport and we take the name, birth details and passport details from it, exactly as printed.
If you type them too, it gives us a double check and reduces any chance of error.
Anyone without a passport, especially children, must have their details typed in English, because there is no document to take them from.
Things not in the passport (address, email, education, marital status, children) must be filled in by you.
Everything saves automatically; continue any time from the same link.

⚠ Important: we do not guarantee selection

Nobody can guarantee selection in the DV lottery: winners are chosen by a random draw run by the U.S. Department of State. Our role is to make sure your photo meets the announced specifications and that your entry is submitted 100% correctly, without any data mistakes. A correct entry is what keeps your case on track if you are selected, and protects you from being rejected after the initial random selection because of an error in the submitted details.

I confirm all details are correct and match the passport, that I listed every required family member, and that I have not submitted and will not submit another entry this year.

After sending, the order is locked for our review. If anything needs changing we will reopen it and tell you exactly what.
