By using the Maqsad Tourism website or ordering any of our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you start.
1. Who we are
Maqsad Tourism is a private company offering travel and application assistance services. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Government or the U.S. Department of State, and we are not an official body.
2. US DV Lottery entry service
- Official registration for the Diversity Visa (DV) program takes place only on the official website dvprogram.state.gov, and you can enter yourself directly.
- The official registration fee is set and collected by the U.S. Department of State. Any amount you pay us on top of it is for our services: review, preparation, submission and follow-up.
- Winners are selected by a random draw run by the U.S. Department of State. Maqsad does not guarantee selection or the issuance of a visa.
- The program’s rules and dates are set by the U.S. Government and may change or be suspended at any time. If the program is cancelled or postponed before your entry is submitted, the refund clause below applies.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you give us are accurate, complete and your own.
- You must tell us about every family member the rules require you to list.
- You have not submitted, and will not submit, another entry in the same year, as that disqualifies you.
- Keeping your confirmation number safe after we hand it to you is your responsibility.
4. Prices and payment
DV entry prices: single EGP 450, family EGP 620, two entries for a couple EGP 1100, all including the official registration fee. Adding a spouse or children in the form makes it a family entry. Payment is made by the method shown on your order page, and we submit your entry on the official site only after payment is received.
Result check service (optional, +EGP 100): when the U.S. Department of State opens the results check, our team checks your result on the official site with your confirmation number and sends it to you on WhatsApp. This is an assistance service, not an official notification. The only official result is the one on dvprogram.state.gov, and you can check it yourself at any time.
5. Refunds

6. The photo checker
The DV lottery photo checker is free and for guidance only. It checks the technical specs that can be measured; its result does not guarantee your photo will be accepted. The final decision is the U.S. Department of State’s.
7. Limitation of liability
Maqsad is not responsible for decisions of official authorities, for any harm caused by incorrect data provided by the client, or for outages of the official website or changes to the rules. In all cases our liability does not exceed the fee you paid for the service.
8. Intellectual property
The Maqsad name, logo and website content belong to Maqsad Tourism and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
