Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what data Maqsad Tourism (maqsadtourism.com) collects through this website and our services, how we use it, and your rights.
1. The DV lottery photo checker
The photo checker runs entirely inside the browser on your device. Your photo is not uploaded to our servers, and we never store or see it. It is discarded as soon as you close the page or choose another photo.
The files that power the checker (face analysis software) are downloaded from our own site to your device and do not send any data to anyone.
2. The data we collect
When you contact us: your name, mobile number, the service you need and your message, whether through the contact form, WhatsApp or by phone.
When you order the DV lottery entry service: the information required by the official entry form, such as your name, date and place of birth, passport details, education, address, email and photos, as well as the details of the family members who must be listed.
Technical data: like any website, the server may log data such as your IP address and browser type for security purposes. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will describe them here.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the service you requested, such as preparing your DV lottery entry and submitting it on the official U.S. Department of State website
- To contact you about your request and its dates
- To improve our services and protect the website from abuse
We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
4. Sharing your data
We share your data only:
- With the U.S. Department of State through its official website, when we submit your entry on your instructions
- With service providers we need to run our business, such as hosting, email and the payment method for the registration fee, and only as far as necessary
- When required by law by a competent authority
5. How long we keep data
We keep your DV entry data until the results are announced and we have helped you check them. After that we delete the documents and photos within [NUMBER] days, unless you ask us otherwise. The confirmation number is handed to you, and we recommend you keep it safe.
6. Security
Details and files you upload in the DV order form are stored encrypted on our server, in a location that cannot be reached from the internet, and only the review team handling your order can see them. Your order has a private link with no username or password, so keep it safe and do not share it; if you lose it, contact us and we will issue a new link and disable the old one. We also use other reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Cookies
The theme itself does not use tracking cookies. Some plugins (such as analytics or advertising) may use cookies; if so, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or that we stop using it for marketing. Contact us via the contact page and we will reply within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date of the latest update is shown at the top.
