Nobody can guarantee selection in the DV lottery: winners are chosen by a random draw run by the U.S. Department of State. Our role is to make sure your photo meets the announced specifications and that your entry is submitted 100% correctly, without any data mistakes. A correct entry is what keeps your case on track if you are selected, and protects you from being rejected after the initial random selection because of an error in the submitted details.
